Using the Rosaries*

At the Cross

I bow before the Father who made me,
I bow before the Son who saved me,
I bow before the Spirit who guides me,
In love and adoration.
I praise the Name of the one on high.
I bow before thee Sacred Three,
The ever One, the Trinity.

First Bead - Lord’s Prayer

Our Father who is in heaven,

Hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come.

Your will be done,

On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

2nd -4th Beads Apostles Creed

Second Bead

I believe in God, the Father almighty,

 Creator of heaven and earth.

Third Bead

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord.

He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit

and born of the virgin Mary

 He suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died, and was buried.

 He descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again.

 He ascended into heaven,

and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

Fourth Bead

I believe in the Holy Spirit,

 the holy catholic Church,

 the communion of saints,

 the forgiveness of sins,

 the resurrection of the body,

 and the life everlasting. Amen

Fifth Bead

Most merciful God I confess that I am in bondage to sin and cannot free myself. I have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed, by what I have done and by what I have left undone. I have not loved You with my whole heart; I have not loved my neighbor as myself. For the sake of Your Son, Jesus Christ, have mercy on me. Forgive me, renew me, and lead me, so that I may delight in Your will and walk in Your ways, to the glory of Your holy name. Amen.
